Lead Management
Aavaz Lead management had different features for admin and agent
For Admin:
1) Lead Follow up:-
- Total number of Leads by their Lead Stages (Lost, Weak, Open, Strong and Won) will also display on Lead Strip.
- Strip of Lead Stage can be filtered by Category /Status/Date- created/next step/Pick date.
- In Advance filter - Filter by Lead Stage and Lead Status are also added.
2) Manage All Leads:-
- Now filter can be done in better way as Lead Stage and Lead Status is given with search criteria.
- Leads can also be filtered/ Viewed by Open Leads/ Leads Won / Leads Lost.
For Caller:
1) Lead Follow up:-
- Total number of Leads by their Lead Stages (Lost, Weak, Open, Strong and Won) will also display on Lead Strip.
- Strip of Lead Stage can be filtered by Category /Status/Date- created/next step/Pick date.
- In Advance filter - Filter by Lead Stage and Lead Status are also added.
- Caller can now make New Lead for all the Lost Lead and Won Lead.
2) Leads I Generated:-
- Now filter can be done in better way as Lead Stage and Lead Status is given with search criteria.
