January and February are typically busy months for telemarketing. Do you know why?


For the same reason that we make resolutions, we make a “fresh start” goal for our businesses and often, contacting our clients, leads, prospects are a big part of the movement. As a caller- learn to take breaks even if you feel tremendous pressure. It’s not going to help if the person on the other side of the phone can hear that you have goals to meet.
