Senior Sales Manager
As a Senior Sales Manager at Tekege, you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B sales efforts and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and ensuring the overall success of our sales department.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies. Design and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on B2B sales.

Team leadership. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.

Key account management. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.

Business development. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand our customer base and increase market share.

Training and development. Develop training modules and conduct regular training sessions to equip the sales team with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques to excel in their roles.

Performance monitoring and reporting. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Experience & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales — at least five years of experience in a sales role.
- Demonstrated experience in team handling: recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
